Hey everyone!

So a lot of you have inquired about what my workout regimen is, and what my eating looks like throughout the week- I’m here to bring you in and be completely honest with you guys!

We all have goals we want to get to, yeah? Well, I’ve never been super strict about my diet or working out. To tell you the truth, working out is not my favorite. Lately, I have been power walking for about an hour a day, 5x a week. I’m shooting for 10 minute miles, so sometimes I break it up with 20 minutes in the morning, and 30 at night. My goal is to start being very strict about getting this done weekly, and possibly adding in a Pilates class here and there!

Remember, your over all look as far as fitness goes is 70% what you eat, and 30% what you are doing for fitness workout. I LOVE food. I love pizza, and savory things. But, I also love avocado, salad, fruits and veggies. My main goal for my diet lately has been to get the fresh things at the grocery. I once had a friend tell me that if she wouldn’t bathe in it, she wouldn’t eat it. Examples, avacado, berries, water, vitamin C- those are things she’d bathe in. But, chips, French fries, fried food, doesn’t sound like it would be good for your body to bathe in? No.
Also, I treat myself to dessert every now and then, or a piece of pizza. I think the main thing is MODERATION. Portion control is a huge thing. As long as you aren’t inhaling 10 pieces of pizza at a time I’d say you are good. We all have goals within ourselves and I just say shoot for a well rounded diet. EAT YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES PEOPLE!

I know that I’ll probably be more disciplined in the future, but for now I’m just being honest
